Grant Writer

We are looking for an individual to research and identify grant opportunities for the organization, assist in writing grant proposals, budgets, and financial narratives to secure funding from foundations,
government agencies, or corporate entities.

Duties:

Researching Funding Opportunities: Identify potential grants and funding opportunities that
align with the goals and mission of the organization. Conduct thorough research on
foundations, government agencies, and other funding sources to find appropriate grants.

Grant Proposal Writing: Prepare and write grant proposals that effectively communicate the
organization's needs, goals, and programs. Develop persuasive arguments, compelling
narratives, and clear project descriptions to convince funders of the project's merit.

Grant Application Process: Follow grant application guidelines and requirements to ensure all
necessary documents and supporting materials are included in the submission. Prepare
budgets, financial statements, and other requested information accurately and
comprehensively.

Collaboration and Coordination: Collaborate with program managers, finance staff, and other
stakeholders to gather information, data, and insights necessary for grant proposals.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure all aspects of the proposal are aligned.
