Many individuals in the eastern Iowa community cannot afford to go to a dentist His Hands installed a BRAND NEW, two-operatory dental unit in February 2012 We currently have over 100 names on our wait list Over 50% of those waiting for care report agonizing dental pain. YOU CAN HELP. Dental assistants volunteering for 3 hours, once a month, can assist up to 48 patients a year Those are patients who would otherwise have no access to dental care. Help us give the people in our community new smiles - and a new lease on life. | Volunteers must have an unrestricted Iowa license, professional malpractice insurance or become a participant in the Volunteer Health Care Provider Program through the Iowa Department of Public Health
