About this Opportunity
Have a desire to serve the community? Our organization strives to provide a safe, healthy and sanitary environment where at-risk children 5-18 come for tutoring in a weekly program. We are in need of several janitorial volunteer persons to assist in different shifts throughout each day: Each restroom and kitchen sanitation, sweeping, mopping, taking out the trash, setting up and tearing down of tables and chairs, and supply/equipment inventory must be done to maintain our facility for use of the tutoring and mentoring programs. Our facility consists of a multiple offices, multi-purpose room, executive administrative offices, classrooms, break room, etc.
If you have this experience and able to assist our organization, contact us to schedule your 2 hour orientation. Applications will be taken on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10:00 am. Adult applicants will also be required to undergo fingerprints the same day (off-site) which is a $30 fee. (Minors will not have to undergo a background check).
Disclaimer: If you have been ordered to perform community service by a court judge, please call HANDSON at 559-237-3101 before contacting our organization. After you have then completed contacting HANDSON, you can then select to volunteer. Thank you for your interest in serving with our organization.
