Project Coordinator Volunteer

Throughout the year, needs arise for special projects and/or events involving specific skills. We are seeking volunteers for creating new strategies for expanding programs, or processing and coordinating projects and events. Our special event volunteers help at fundraising events, with phone calls, etc.

As a Project Coordinator and Special Events Coordinator you will be:

• Monitoring the daily progress of projects and keep data records

• Providing detailed updates to Executive Staff 

• Ensuring team members have the supplies and resources they need to complete their assigned tasks on time

• Organizing reports, invoices, contracts, and other databases.

• Contacting collaberated partners, seek out sponsors and donors.

• Planning meetings and organizing project logistics

If you have this experience and would like to apply to perform your skillset to assist our organization, you will need to attend our 2 hour orientation interview. Applications will be taken on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10:00 am. Contact us to schedule a 2 hour orientation and interview. Adult applicants will also be required to undergo fingerprints the same day (off-site) which is $30 for self-volunteers.(Minors will not have to undergo a background check).
