About this Opportunity
Besides helping Solid Rock Housing Support repair homes through merchandise sales, Solid Rock Depot also helps keep metal out of landfills through our scrap metal recycling efforts.
A scrapmetal volunteer would prepare and sort materials or products for recycling. Occasionally, dismantle componentsof products, such as appliances, for recycling.
Experience of working in metal fabrication will help, but not required.
