Volunteers at the front desk at our Ypsilanti location help clients with a myriad of inquiries and referrals for all of Hope Clinics free services such as medical care, dental care, food programs, baby essentials, laundry services, and a variety of on-site behavioral health services. This is an ideal volunteer opportunity for anyone who would like to welcome people to Hope Clinic.

Front desk volunteers should be comfortable answering the phone and using the computer to access client profiles and make appointments. Volunteers should also be adept multi-taskers, flexible when dealing with changing circumstances, compassionate, and eager to serve.
