Neighbor Service Reception

Volunteers serve as the first point of contact for neighbors, donors, and visitors. They create a welcoming atmosphere while helping direct people to the appropriate program or staff member. Responsibilities may include:

·       Greet neighbors, volunteers, and guests upon arrival.

·       Check-in with neighbors who have scheduled appointments.

·       Answer phone calls and take messages as needed.

·       Maintain a friendly, calm, and professional front desk environment.

·       Connect neighbors with Hope programs and provide referrals to other community resources for needs Hope doesn’t offer, like legal or medical services.
