Help Distribute Meals at the Church (walk-up)

Help bring a smile and a meal to our neighbors!  Volunteers are needed to help organize, pack up, and distribute meals to those who come to our church campus on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings. This role may also involve handing out flyers and helping publicize classes and other events offered by Healing Minds and Souls. Come and learn more about all that we do to help heal trauma in our community.

Details

• Arrive at 9:30 for set up, then greet people and hand out meals starting at 10:00
• Meals are pre-made, in clamshell containers      
• Must be willing to wear a mask as needed 
• Opportunity to bring a smile to someone, make an impact, and pray with them

Our goals are to address and work to heal the issues plaguing the community. To help disconnected and vulnerable men, women, and their families build relationships with others who will encourage and guide them, providing assistance when needed, educating and equipping them for the challenges each day brings, and celebrating every victory along the way.
