The Hive Coffee Shop Volunteer

We have an exciting opportunity for just the right person to volunteer in the Bee Hive at InterServ. “The Hive”, as it is affectionately called, is our coffee shop and community gathering space where folks get together for breakfast and conversation. We currently have a volunteer opportunity for an outgoing, energetic person who excels at customer service. We have a small menu, including basic breakfast items, coffees, and specialty drinks. Keeping our menu simple means we can absolutely train the right person. The physical demands for this position are minimal but do involve standing, bending, reaching and occasionally lifting up to 40 lbs. A typical workday includes: basic food preparation, ringing up sales, keeping the work area clean and serving our customers with a smile and positive attitude.
