About this Opportunity
Food Bank For New York City’s Cookshop team needs assistance with the data entry to ensure that we can continue supporting NYC elementary schools. Participating schools provide us with their lesson information and we enter that data into a website required by our funder.
Our CookShop program offers nutrition education and cooking lessons to NYC elementary schools. Participating schools receive training, materials, and groceries to lead cooking lessons in the classroom and with school families. In our history we’ve provided nutrition education to over 50,000 students and families!
All registered volunteers will be given an hour-long training session with a member of the Cookshop Team.
Tasks during the shift may include:
-
Data entry in PEARS website
