TEEM

The Education and Employment Ministry (TEEM) is aninterfaith, 501(c) 3, nonprofit organization dedicated to breaking cycles of incarceration through education, personal development, and work readiness training.

TEEM has served Oklahomans in need with education, social services, job training and job placement assistance since 1987. In the past 26 years, TEEM has served more than 13,000 Oklahomans. Recently, TEEM's work has been covered by The Oklahoman,Fox 25 News, theJournal Recordand the Oklahoma Gazette.

TEEM takes a three-prong approach to breaking cycles of incarceration and poverty in Oklahoma by providing individuals with education, social services, job training and employment placement. Through cognitive behavior classes, life-skills instruction, mentorship, legal assistance and community support, TEEM seeks to holistically support our participants to achieve stability and self-sufficiency. By giving a hand up, we help our participants refine their skills and achieve their goals.
